Luminaire Edge to Edge Quilting Class
In this class, we will review the method of using the edge to edge quilting that is built in to the Luminaire XP Machines.
- We will talk about entering dimensions and then entering them in the opposite set up.
- Flip options
- Selecting a hoop size and how pattern size changes along with the set-up of rows and pattern repeats
- Hear the hints that quilters will appreciate.
- Change the repeat patterns to fit both widthwise and lengthwise
- Learn how you can stop and then resume any time you'd like
- Delete the memorized project from your machine when it is completed
For this class, you will need to bring in a piece of fabric that is 24" x 24", then sew a 4" border all the way around. You should have a batting that is the same size and a backing as well. If you take this class, we will use this piece in a future class on quilting as well! Feel free to make your fabric pieced for a beautiful finished project after the lessons!
